Sliders & Sides

Method

Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Filet Mignon

Season the filet mignon with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a bit of oil. Sear the filet for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into small pieces for sliders.

  2. 2

    Make Garlic Butter

Melt the unsalted butter in a small pan. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Brush the garlic butter on the house buns and lightly toast them in a separate skillet or oven.

  3. 3

    Prepare Steak House Aioli

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and truffle oil until well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Cook Truffle Fries

Prepare the frozen French fries according to package instructions. Once cooked, drizzle with truffle oil and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Sliders

On each toasted house bun, place a slice of filet mignon and top with the steak house aioli. Close the bun and serve with truffle fries on the side.
