Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Apply the Dry Rub
In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil and Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.

Bake the Wings
Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

Toss in Buffalo Sauce
Remove the wings from the oven and place them in a large mixing bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.

Serve the wings hot with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
