Prepare the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the gemelli pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Bacon
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the bacon slices and cook until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Once cooled, crumble into pieces.

Grill the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, add olive oil and grill the chicken on medium-high heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from skillet, let rest for a few minutes, then slice.

Make the Alfredo Sauce
Pour in the white wine and let it reduce for 2-3 minutes. Then add the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Combine Everything
Add the cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, and sliced chicken to the sauce. Toss well to combine. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.

Garnish with fresh parsley and additional parmesan cheese if desired. Serve hot.
