Make the Caesar Dressing
In a bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Gradually stream in the olive oil while whisking until emulsified. Stir in ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Prepare the Romaine
Wash and chop the Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place it in a large salad bowl.

Combine Salad
Pour the Caesar dressing over the Romaine lettuce and toss to coat evenly.

Make Parmesan Crisps
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place small mounds of the remaining grated Parmesan cheese, spacing them apart. Bake for about 5-7 minutes or until they are golden and crisp. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Serve
Top the salad with additional grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with the Parmesan crisps. Serve immediately.
