Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces: Broccoli florets, bell pepper, carrot, zucchini, snow peas, and mushrooms.

  2. 2

    Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water. Mix well until cornstarch is dissolved.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Heat the Pan

In a large skillet or wok, heat a bit of oil over medium-high heat until hot.

  2. 4

    Stir-Fry the Vegetables

Add the broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, zucchini, snow peas, and mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

  3. 5

    Add the Sauce

Pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables in the skillet. Stir well to coat all vegetables and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Serving

  1. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the stir-fry before serving. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
