Beef Tartare Preparation

Finely chop the beef tenderloin into small cubes using a sharp knife. Ensure the meat is very fresh.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped beef tenderloin, Cajun spice, capers, Dijon mustard, egg yolk, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until well combined.

Cover the beef tartare mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Assemble the Dish
Remove the toasted bread from the skillet. Divide the beef tartare mixture evenly among the toasted rye slices, serving it immediately.
