Spiced Piñarita

Method

Spiced Piñarita

1

Prepare the Glass

Start by chilling a cocktail glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and letting it sit while you prepare the drink.

2

Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine the fresh pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, cayenne pepper, mole bitters, and agave syrup. Add a handful of ice cubes.

3

Shake Well

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.

4

Strain and Serve

Dump the ice water from the chilled glass. Strain the mixture into the glass using a fine-mesh strainer.

5

Garnish

Garnish with a pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass and sprinkle chili powder on top. Serve immediately.
