Prepare the Red Cabbage
Remove any outer leaves from the red cabbage and cut it into quarters. Remove the core and slice the quarters thinly to create shreds.

Sauté the Cabbage
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shredded red cabbage and sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it starts to wilt.

Add Seasonings
Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the cabbage. Add the apple cider vinegar, sugar, and caraway seeds. Stir well to combine.
- 4
Cook Until Tender
Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let the cabbage cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is tender.

Serve Warm
Once the cabbage is tender, remove it from the heat. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve warm as a side dish.
