Preparing the Shrimp

Marinate the Shrimp
In a bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Allow it to marinate for about 15 minutes.

Cook the Shrimp
In a large skillet over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Then, add the marinated shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes on each side.

Add the Wine and Herbs
Pour in the white wine and add the red pepper flakes and chopped parsley. Stir and let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until the alcohol evaporates and the sauce thickens slightly.
