Method
Semifreddo Preparation
Prepare Gelatin
In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
Whip Cream
In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
Combine Mixtures
Fold the passion fruit mixture into the whipped cream until well combined.
Freeze
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and freeze for at least 4 hours or until set.
