Prepare the Vegetables and Fruits
Wash all the fresh vegetables and fruits thoroughly under cold running water. Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks. Slice the cucumber, bell peppers, and apples. Halve the cherry tomatoes, grapes, and radishes.
- 2
Arrange the Platter
On a large serving platter, arrange the carrot sticks, cucumber slices, bell pepper strips, cherry tomatoes, radishes, apple slices, and halved grapes artfully for an appealing look.
- 3
Prepare the Cheese
Cut the cheddar cheese into small cubes and slice the brie cheese. Place the cheese on the platter alongside the vegetables and fruits.

Serve the Crackers
Open the box of assorted crackers and place them in a small bowl or directly on the platter.
- 5
Make the Dipping Sauce
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
- 6
Final Assembly
Transfer the dipping sauce to a small serving bowl and place it on the platter with the vegetables, fruits, and cheese. Serve immediately.
