Fry the Capers
In a small frying pan over medium heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, add the capers and fry until they are crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Focaccia Croutons
Cut the focaccia slices into small cubes. Toss them with a little olive oil and a pinch of salt. Toast them in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Slice the Vegetables
Thinly slice the red onion and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Assemble the Salad
On a serving plate, lay the grilled romaine halves. Top with fried capers, sliced red onion, halved cherry tomatoes, and croutons. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and Caesar dressing. Finish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and torn basil leaves.
