Prepare the Glass
Fill a wine glass with ice cubes to chill.

Mix the Ingredients
Pour 3 oz of Aperol over the ice in the glass.

Add Prosecco
Gently add 3 oz of Prosecco to the glass.

Top with Soda Water
Finish off by adding 1 oz of soda water on top.

Garnish
Garnish with a slice of orange.

Stir gently and serve immediately.
