Preparation
Fill glass
Fill a highball or Collins glass with crushed ice or ice cubes (about 1 cup).
Combine ingredients
In a cocktail shaker (or directly in the glass if you prefer build-style), add 2 oz Malibu rum, 4 oz pineapple juice, 0.5 oz fresh lime juice, and 0.25 oz simple syrup.
Garnish and serve
Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge and an optional pineapple wedge. Serve with a straw.
