Lamb Burger

In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the milk until just combined. Do not overmix.

Make the Biscuit Dough

In another bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, diced jalapeños, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and black pepper until well combined.

Prepare the Filling

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the biscuit dough on a floured surface to about 1/2 inch thick. Cut into rounds using a biscuit cutter. Place half of the rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spoon the chicken filling onto each of these rounds and top with the remaining biscuit rounds. Press the edges to seal.

Assemble the Biscuit

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Wash the asparagus thoroughly and trim the ends. In a bowl, toss the asparagus with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Prepare the Asparagus

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper on both sides. Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.

Cook the Steak

In the same skillet after removing the steaks, add the asparagus and sauté for about 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.

Plate the steaks and add the sautéed asparagus on the side. Enjoy your meal!
