Preparing the Switchel

Make the Wild Blueberry Switchel
In a blender, combine wild blueberries, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, and water. Blend until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a container, discarding the solids. Refrigerate until chilled.
Mixing the Cocktail

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of the chilled wild blueberry switchel, vodka, and fresh lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.

Serve
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy your Trick Pony!
