    Cook the Linguine

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add salmon belly, shrimp, and scallops. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the seafood is cooked through. Season with salt and black pepper.

    Add the chopped kale and spinach to the skillet with the seafood. Stir in the smoked rosé sauce and let simmer for 2-3 minutes until the greens are wilted.
