Preparation of Ribs
Marinate the Ribs
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well. Add the baby back ribs, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Bake the Ribs
Place the marinated ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover the ribs with another piece of foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the meat is tender.
Serving
Prepare to Serve
Once the ribs are done, remove them from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes.
Garnish and Serve
Slice the ribs between the bones. Serve on a platter, garnished with sesame seeds, baby cilantro, sliced green onions, and wonton crisps.
