Add yeast to the grape juice and allow it to ferment in a controlled environment for about 2 weeks.
- 4

After fermentation, siphon the wine off the sediment into another container.
- 5
Aging

- 6
Bottling
After aging, filter and bottle the wine, adding sulfites to preserve its quality.
