Wine Ingredients

Method

Wine Making Process

  1. 1

    Harvesting Grapes

Select and hand-harvest ripe Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, ensuring only the best quality grapes are used.

  2. 2

    Crushing and Destemming

Destem and crush the grapes to release the juice, then place them in a fermentation vessel.

  3. 3

    Fermentation

Add yeast to the crushed grapes and allow fermentation to occur for about 7-14 days at controlled temperatures.

  4. 4

    Pressing

After fermentation, press the mixture to separate the liquid wine from the solid grape skins.

  5. 5

    Malolactic Fermentation

Allow the wine to undergo malolactic fermentation to soften the acidity and add complexity.

  6. 6

    Aging

Age the wine in oak barrels for 12-24 months to develop flavor and aroma.

  7. 7

    Bottling

Sulfite the wine to stabilize it, then bottle and seal for further aging.
