Muddle the Sugar
In an Old Fashioned glass, place the sugar cube and add the Angostura bitters and water. Muddle until the sugar is dissolved.

Add Ice
Fill the glass with one large ice cube or several smaller cubes.

Garnish
Stir gently to combine, then garnish with a slice of orange peel and a maraschino cherry.
