Instructions
- 1
Prepare the crust
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- 2
Bake the crust
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool while preparing the filling.
- 3
Make the filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the granulated sugar and beat until well combined. Add the sour cream and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Finally, add the flour and mix until just combined.

Bake the cheesecake
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust in the springform pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Cool and serve
Turn off the oven and crack the oven door, allowing the cheesecake to cool in the oven for 1 hour. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Remove from the springform pan, slice, and serve.
