Burger Preparation

1

Prepare the Sriracha Mayo

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Sriracha until well combined. Set aside.

2

Form the Patties

Divide the ground beef into two equal parts and form into burger patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

3

Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and top each patty with white cheddar cheese. Continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked to desired doneness.

4

Prepare the Buns and Vegetables

While the patties are cooking, slice the challah buns in half and toast them lightly. Slice the tomato and red onion.

5

Assemble the Burger

Spread a generous amount of Sriracha mayo on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place the lettuce, cooked burger patty with melted cheese, tomato slices, pickles, and red onion on top. Finish with the top half of the bun.

6

Serve

Serve the burgers immediately with your choice of sides.
