Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture over the salmon fillets and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375-400°F (190-200°C).

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Seasonal Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and trim the asparagus. Peel and slice the carrots into thin rounds. Cut the bell pepper into strips.

  2. 5

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the prepared vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.

Making the Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 6

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter until it becomes completely liquid.

  2. 7

    Add Lemon and Garlic

Stir in the fresh lemon juice and minced garlic into the melted butter. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

  3. 8

    Finish the Sauce

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. Set aside to keep warm.
