Blue Cheese Dressing
Method
Chicken Wings
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Toss the wings until they are well coated.
- 2
Bake the Chicken Wings
Spread the coated chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- 3
Toss in Buffalo Sauce
Remove the wings from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.
Blue Cheese Dressing
- 4
Mix the Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese crumbles, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth and well combined.
- 5
Chill the Dressing
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dressing for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
