Salmon

Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Season the Salmon

Sprinkle the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Heat the Olive Oil

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.

  3. 3

    Sear the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy. Flip the fillets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  4. 4

    Remove from Heat

Once cooked, remove the salmon from the skillet and place it on a plate while you prepare the sauce.

Making the Lemon-Dill Sauce

  1. 5

    Combine Ingredients

In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, and minced garlic.

  2. 6

    Season the Sauce

Add salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.

  3. 7

    Serve

Drizzle the lemon-dill sauce over the seared salmon fillets and serve immediately.
