Whisk the Ingredients
In a medium mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until well beaten. Add the milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
Cooking the French Toast

Preheat the Pan
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add a tablespoon of butter to the pan and let it melt, coating the surface.

Dip the Bread
Take a slice of bread and dip it into the egg batter, ensuring both sides are fully coated. Let any excess batter drip off.
