Dippers
Method
Prepare the Chocolate Fondue
- 1
Melt the Chocolate
In a small saucepan, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and heavy cream over low heat. Stir continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
- 2
Add Flavorings
Once the chocolate is melted, remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.
- 3
Transfer to Serving Bowl
Pour the melted chocolate mixture into a small fondue pot or a heatproof serving bowl. Keep warm using a tea light candle or by placing it in a warm water bath.
Prepare the Dippers
- 4
Prepare the Strawberries
Wash the strawberries gently under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Remove the stems if desired.
- 5
Slice the Kiwi
Peel the kiwi and slice it into rounds or quarters, depending on your preference.
- 6
Arrange the Dippers
On a large plate, arrange the strawberries, sliced kiwi, Nilla Wafers, waffle bites, and marshmallows in a visually appealing manner.
