Method

Cured Meats Preparation

  1. 1

    Slice the Meats

Using a sharp knife, slice the salami, prosciutto, and chorizo into thin pieces. Arrange them on one side of the charcuterie board.

Cheeses Preparation

  1. 2

    Cut the Cheeses

Cut the Brie, Cheddar, and Gorgonzola cheeses into wedges or slices. Place them next to the cured meats on the board.

House-Made Pickles Preparation

  1. 3

    Prepare the Pickling Brine

In a saucepan, combine white vinegar, sugar, salt, and dill. Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar and salt dissolve.

  2. 4

    Pickle the Cucumbers

Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and place them in a jar. Pour the hot brine over the cucumbers, ensuring they are fully submerged. Let them cool before refrigerating for at least 24 hours.

Assembling the Charcuterie Board

  1. 5

    Arrange the Board

Once the pickles are ready, take a large serving board and start arranging the sliced meats, cheeses, pickles, assorted crackers, olives, and nuts in an aesthetically pleasing manner. Fill in any gaps with extra olives or nuts.
