Prepare the Tuna
Cut the sushi grade tuna into small cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.

Make the Sauce
In a separate bowl, combine the oyster sauce, sweet soy glaze, soy sauce, and lime juice. Whisk until well combined.

Combine Ingredients
Pour the sauce over the tuna cubes and gently mix to coat. Add chopped scallions, sesame seeds, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix gently.

Serve
Transfer the poke mixture to a serving bowl and garnish with additional sesame seeds and scallions. Serve with crunchy plantain chips on the side.
