Make the Meatballs
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Italian sausage, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form and Cook Meatballs
Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

Prepare Pesto Alfredo Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream and pesto sauce. Stir until heated through and well combined. Cook for about 5 minutes.

Assemble the Dish
On each plate, place a bed of arugula, top with meatballs, and add slices of fresh mozzarella. Drizzle with pesto alfredo sauce before serving.
