Prepare the Dressing
In a mixing bowl, combine the Gorgonzola cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, garlic powder, black pepper, salt (to taste), and lemon juice. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if necessary and set aside.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove from heat, let cool, and then chop into small pieces.

Prepare the Salad
Cut the iceberg lettuce head into quarters. Place each wedge on a plate. Top with sliced red onion and diced roma tomatoes.

Assemble the Dish
Drizzle the house-made Gorgonzola dressing generously over each wedge. Sprinkle the chopped bacon on top. Serve immediately.
