Salmon Preparation

Prepare the Marinade
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, fresh rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.

Marinate the Salmon
Place the wild salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Roasted Potatoes Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and halve the baby potatoes. In a large bowl, toss them with olive oil, fresh rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Roast the Potatoes
Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
Sauteed Spinach Preparation

Prepare the Spinach
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Cook the Spinach
Add the fresh spinach to the skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, for about 3-5 minutes until wilted. Season with salt and black pepper.

Serve the Dish
On a plate, arrange a portion of roasted potatoes, a serving of sautéed spinach, and a salmon fillet. Drizzle with any remaining marinade if desired.
