In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.

Cook Fettuccine
Add fettuccine to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Preparing Seafood

Sauté Seafood
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add scallops and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown. Remove scallops from the skillet and set aside.

Add Crab Meat
Add the crab meat to the skillet, stirring gently to warm it through, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Making the Sauce

Add Brandy
Carefully pour in the brandy and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes to reduce slightly.

Add heavy cream to the skillet and stir well to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.

Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce, stirring until melted and smooth.
