Prepare the Glass
Moisten the rim of a glass with a lime wedge and dip it into salt to coat the rim.

Mix Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, and triple sec. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.

Shake
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
White Sangria

Combine Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine white wine, peach schnapps, orange juice, and sliced fruits (peaches, strawberries, and lemons).

Chill
Stir well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.

Add Club Soda
Just before serving, add club soda and mint leaves to the pitcher. Stir gently.

Serve
Pour into glasses filled with ice and garnish with additional mint leaves if desired.
Red Sangria

Combine Ingredients
In a large pitcher, mix red wine, brandy, orange juice, and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.

Add Fruits and Cinnamon
Add sliced oranges, sliced apples, and a cinnamon stick to the mixture.

Chill
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors blend.

Add Club Soda
Just before serving, add club soda and stir gently.

Serve in glasses filled with ice, garnished with additional fruit slices if desired.
