    Prepare the Swordfish

    Rinse the swordfish fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

    Marinate

    In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Add the swordfish fillets and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    Wrap in Grape Leaves

    Lay out grape leaves on a flat surface, place a swordfish fillet in the center of each leaf, sprinkle with fresh herbs, and wrap tightly. Secure with toothpicks if needed.

    Combine Salad Ingredients

    In a large bowl, mix together mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.

    In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Pour over the salad and toss to combine.

Pickled Peppers

    In a saucepan, combine white vinegar, water, sugar, salt, garlic, black peppercorns, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

    Slice the bell peppers into strips and add them to the brine. Remove from heat and let cool. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
