Brewing Instructions

Grind the Beans
Using a coffee grinder, grind 18 grams of South & Central American espresso beans to a fine consistency.

Prepare the Espresso Machine
Turn on your espresso machine and allow it to heat up for about 15 minutes to ensure optimal brewing temperature.

Tamp the Coffee
Place the ground coffee into the portafilter and use a tamper to firmly compress the grounds evenly.

Brew the Espresso
Lock the portafilter into the espresso machine and start the brewing process. Allow the espresso to brew for about 25-30 seconds, until you have approximately 30 ml of espresso.

Serve
Pour the brewed espresso into a small cup and enjoy it as is or with a sprinkle of cocoa powder for added chocolate tones.
