Chicken Skewers

Spicy Peanut Sauce

Method

Chicken Skewers

1

Prepare the Chicken

Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

2

Marinate the Chicken

Add the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Toss the chicken cubes until they are well-coated in the marinade. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

3

Prepare Skewers

Soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes to prevent burning on the grill. After soaking, thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

4

Grill the Chicken

Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and has nice grill marks.

Spicy Peanut Sauce

5

Mix Ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, lime juice, and water.

6

Whisk Together

Use a whisk to mix the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency with more water if desired.

7

Serve

Serve the grilled chicken skewers hot with the spicy peanut sauce drizzled over the top or on the side for dipping.
