Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Clean the cremini mushrooms and slice them thinly. Peel the roasted garlic cloves and set aside. Cut the jumbo pepperoni into halves if desired for easier distribution.

Cooking

  1. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Once hot, add the sliced cremini mushrooms and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown and tender. Add the roasted garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  2. 3

    Combine with Pepperoni

Add the jumbo pepperoni to the skillet with the sautéed mushrooms and garlic. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the pepperoni is slightly crispy and heated through.

  3. 4

    Prepare the Cheese Mixture

In a separate bowl, mix the YaYa's cheese blend to ensure it is well combined. This cheese blend will give a rich flavor to the dish.

Assembly

  1. 5

    Assemble the Dish

In a serving dish, first layer the house marinara sauce at the bottom. Then, add the sautéed mixture of pepperoni, mushrooms, and garlic over the marinara. Finally, sprinkle the YaYa's cheese blend generously on top.

Final Touch

  1. 6

    Serve

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the assembled dish in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
