Hummus Preparation

1. Prepare the Ingredients

Rinse and drain the canned chickpeas. Peel the garlic cloves.

2. Blend the Hummus

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, ground cumin, salt, and water. Blend until smooth. Adjust the consistency with more water if needed.
