Cook the Bacon
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.

Sauté the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add diced red bell pepper and sliced mushrooms. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Cook the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In another pan, cook the chicken breasts over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove and let rest.
Garlic Cream Sauce

Make the Garlic Cream Sauce
In the same skillet used for the vegetables, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.

Combine Ingredients
Slice the cooked chicken breasts and add them back to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables and garlic cream sauce. Add fresh spinach and toss until the spinach wilts.

Add Cheese and Bacon
Sprinkle the Ya Ya's cheese blend over the mixture and crumble the crispy bacon on top. Drizzle with truffle oil.
