Crispy Chicken Tenders

Method

Crispy Chicken Tenders

1

Prepare the Coatings

Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with bread crumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

2

Bread the Chicken

Dip each chicken strip first in flour, then in the eggs, and finally in the bread crumbs, ensuring each piece is well coated.

3

Fry the Chicken

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken tenders in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Grilled Chicken

4

Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Add chicken breast and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

5

Grill the Chicken

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Let rest before slicing.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

6

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

7

Mix the Dough

In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla, then gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.

8

Bake the Cookies

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on wire racks.
