In a cocktail shaker, combine coconut rum, Don Julio blanco, dragon fruit puree, Grand Marnier, and cranberry juice.

Add ice to the shaker and shake well for about 15-20 seconds until chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
