Wings

Method

Wings

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, mix the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  2. 2

    Bake the Wings

Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.

  3. 3

    Sauce the Wings

Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in buffalo sauce until evenly coated. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to set the sauce.

Fries

  1. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash the russet potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into thin strips to create fries. Soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

  2. 5

    Season the Fries

After soaking, drain the potatoes and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. In a bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder until well coated.

  3. 6

    Bake the Fries

Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in the same oven as the wings for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
