Crab Dip

Flatbreads

Method

Prepare the Crab Dip

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

    Sauté Spinach

In a skillet over medium heat, add the fresh spinach and sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Set aside to cool.

  3. 3

    Mix Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the lump crab meat, sautéed spinach, roasted artichoke hearts, brie cheese (cut into small pieces), cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  4. 4

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.

  5. 5

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Prepare the Flatbreads

  1. 6

    Brush Flatbreads

While the dip is baking, brush the flatbreads with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.

  2. 7

    Bake Flatbreads

Place the flatbreads in the oven (you can do this during the last 10 minutes of baking the dip) and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until they are slightly crispy and golden.

Serve

  1. 8

    Plate and Enjoy

Once the dip is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm alongside the crispy flatbreads for dipping.
