Burger Ingredients

Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Caramelize the Onion

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Burger

Form the ground beef into a patty and season with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-fry the patty over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Toast the Bun

While the burger is cooking, toast the brioche bun on a grill or in a toaster until lightly golden.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Spread the zesty spread on both sides of the toasted bun. Place the cooked burger patty on the bottom bun, top with aged cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, lettuce, and tomato slice. Cap with the top bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
