Salmon Marinade

Method

Grilling Salmon

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and chopped dill to create the marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  4. 4

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve chilled with tabbouleh, chickpeas, red onions, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes.
