Wings & Sauce
Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, season the wings with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly.
- 2
Bake the Wings
Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- 3
Prepare the Ghost Pepper Sauce
While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in the ghost pepper sauce and lime juice, mixing well until combined. Allow the sauce to simmer for a few minutes.
- 4
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the ghost pepper sauce over the wings and toss until they are well coated.
- 5
Serve
Transfer the coated wings to a serving platter, garnish with chopped cilantro, and serve immediately. Enjoy the fiery flavors!
