Prepare the Glass
Take a lime wedge and rub it around the rim of a chilled glass. Dip the rim into salt to coat it evenly.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, fresh lime juice, agave nectar, and olive oil.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.
