Cut the lemons and limes in half and juice them using a citrus juicer or by hand, removing any seeds.

  2. 2

    Make the Syrup

In a small saucepan, combine the lemon-lime juice and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.

  3. 3

    Mix the Soda

In a large pitcher, combine the cooled syrup with sparkling water and stir gently. Adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if needed.

  4. 4

    Serve

Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the lemon-lime soda over the ice, and serve immediately.

Ginger Soda

    Prepare the Ginger

Peel the ginger root and chop it into small pieces.

  2. 6

  3. 7

    Mix the Soda

In a large pitcher, combine the ginger syrup with sparkling water and stir gently. Adjust sweetness if needed.

  4. 8
